RMC have worked with press and media journalists, editors and directors for nearly a decade. We have covered virtually everything from crime scenes, RTA’s & breaking news to Royal visits. Unlike many news photographers we don’t just cherry-pick the “fun” stories, we cover all news events, whether pre-planned, breaking, or GV/stock.

We shoot full-frame mirrorless digital photographs with the ability upload RAW images directly from the scene, allowing our clients to break news stories with professionally shot photographs quicker than anybody else. The typical time from shooting to image upload is around 3 minutes, and our photographers are available to mobilise at little or no notice.

Our photographers are also fully approved and insured UAS (drone) pilots, and operate under RMC’s OSC (Operating Safety Case) permissions from the Civil Aviation Authority, allowing us to capture a birds eye view (where safe and legal to do so).

Great breaking news photography is as much about image quality as it is respect for the subject or scene we are photographing, which is why RMC always make ourselves known to emergency services on scene, and never photographing without their permission. Many breaking news scenes can be distressing, and we will always act with complete and utmost respect for those involved.
